12-2 pm Registration open in front lobby
Lunch on your own
1 pm Cashier training, bring your phone and meet Doug in the ballroom
1:30-3 pm Live music with David Baker in front lobby
3 pm Meet Billy Brehm in the lobby for a game
3:30-5:30 pm  Registration open in front  lobby 
3:30-5 pm Live Music with Paul Roush in front lobby
5:30-6 pm Out of towners, Chill Virgins, Lovable Orphans meet in the bar and wear your white leis
5:30-7pm Barn Dance BBQ Buffet in Nolan’s Restaurant
6:30 pm Ballroom opens and Silent Auction begins
7 pm speakers
7:30-10:30 Jonas Lorence Band

During the break Heads or Tails ($5 cash only)
11pm-12am Bonfire by the Beach-Bring your instruments!

7:30 am Continental Breakfast
8-9:30 am Breakfast Buffet-Cash only Bar
9:30-10:30 am Educational Beach Walk-meet Mike Piskel in the lobby
10 am Bar opens
10:30am -12noon  Bottle Auction on lower patio-Don’t forget to pay for your stuff!!
11:30am-3:30pm Hot Dog Cart on the Patio (Burgers, Dogs, Chicken sandwich combos $10 cash)
12 noon-2:00 pm Registration table open in lobby
12:00-12:30 pm Highlight!!****K9s Training Demo**** (location tbd) Bring your chairs 
1-5 pm games and Live Music with 
Donny Brewer, Carrie Welling, and Eric Erdman Beach/Lawn area
3:30-5:30 Registration table open in lobby
5:30-7pm Tuscan Dinner Buffet in Nolan’s Restaurant
6:30 pm Ballroom opens and Silent Auction begins
7-7:30 pm Speakers, Door decorating winners announced
7:30-10:30 Live Music with Anchors Away in the Ballroom
During the break-50/50 ends, Bottle Auction, Silent Auction ends
